Our Faith In Jesus Helps Us Overcome The World

For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith. Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God? (1 John 5:4-5)

True Christianity is to know Jesus as true God who came in flesh to die for our sins, bearing the punishment for our sins and carrying all our griefs. We are born of God when we trust in His divine sacrifice. This enables us to receive blessing, healing, joy, peace and righteousness freely. Christ in us working through us, we are able to practice righteous works. Our faith in Jesus helps us overcome the world victoriously whether it be sickness, sin or sorrow as we follow God wholeheartedly not following the expectations of the world.
