Word Of God Purified And Refined

In our daily life, we often times find people who speaks falsehood and we find it difficult to trust on people. Even the devil bombards our mind with negative thoughts saying there is no way out from our problems. There is only one place where we can fully place our trust on which is the word of God. His word is pure as silver is refined seven times. In the Old Testament, the promises of God were conditional based on fulfilling the law which man could not due to their sin nature. In the New Testament, when we are born again, we receive a new nature from God which enables us to live righteously. The promises of God are yes finding their fulfillment in Christ which means we are blessed by trusting in the finished work of Jesus not by our good works. Jesus has opened for us a new and living way to God whereby we have full freedom and confidence knowing we have answers to life issues.

We Are Made Righteous In Jesus

And be found in Him, not having my own righteousness, which is from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which is from God by faith. (Philippians 3:9)

A divine exchange takes place the moment we trust in the finished work of Jesus namely His crucifixion, His death, His burial, His resurrection and His ascension. Our sins are washed clean with His blood and we are made righteous with the righteousness of Jesus. This righteousness that comes from God purely on the basis of faith not through the righteousness that comes from obeying the law. God sees us righteous in Christ and all the blessings of righteous belongs to us not based on our good works. Our self righteousness apart from faith is not pleasing to God. When we receive the righteousness from God by faith, we are being with filled with fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus manifested as good works in our life.

God Has Forgiven Us

When we are born again, God forgives us and adopts into His family. We consider sin as God does because sin cost His Son Jesus to die cruelsome death on the cross for our sins. He forgives us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness with His own precious blood. We can’t continue in sin because Jesus lives in us through the Holy Spirit dwelling in our human spirit. He helps us to become more like Christ. Even if we fall into temptations it will be only for a time because we can’t keep practicing sin. Let us honour Him with our lives by living uprightly as rely on Him through prayer and word of God.

God Our Father

God promises in His Word to be a helper to the orphans who are being oppressed by setting things right in their life. God becomes our Father when we acknowledge Jesus as our Lord in our life. He is the only way to heaven. He died on our behalf carried our sins and punishment for our sins. We belong to the family of God as children of God calling Him our Abba Father. We have been provided everything for our life and godliness through the finished work of Jesus on the cross. Even when we feel our prayer is delayed, we continue to believe God our Father will meet our needs in His time. All He asks us to do is to cast care on Him and leaving the supplying of our need to Him. May we continue to experience the tender and protecting love of God our Father.

Lord Is Our Refuge

The Lord also will be a refuge for the oppressed, A refuge in times of trouble. And those who know Your name will put their trust in You; For You, Lord, have not forsaken those who seek You. (Psalm 9:9-10)

The word refuge means secure height something inaccessibly high. In the Old Testament, we read about David who experienced many oppression but he chose to trust in Lord who will be a refuge to him. He praised God which brought him out from the gates of death to gates of life. David was determined to spoke about the goodness of God to people who had no relationship with Him. When we receive Jesus as our Savior, He never abandons anyone who entered into His blood covenant by faith in His crucifixion, His death, His burial, His resurrection and ascension. In times of sorrow, we are to praise Jesus for things He has done for us that is how we can rejoice in our salvation. For we are fully convinced that Jesus is mighty to save us and our expectation to be honored in life will be fulfilled by Him. As Mike Murdock, a leading preacher states “expectation is acting as if our miracle has already happened. Organize our life around your expected miracle. Plan it. Talk it. Believe it. Expectation qualifies us for receivership. It separates you. It transfers you from the masses who need miracles...to the chosen who receive them. Expectation is proof of faith.” Let us continue in this faith as we daily live our life looking unto Jesus!

Staying Watchful

“Behold, I am coming as a thief. Blessed is he who watches, and keeps his garments, lest he walk naked and they see his shame.” (Revelation 16:15)

The term watch is interpreted in the Greek as “gregoreo “meaning keeping onself awake, to be spiritually alert or being vigilant. We who are committed to the standards of God are to remain guard against temptations the devil brings against us in order to take away our focus from the Lord. When we go through difficult valleys of life not knowing what will happen next, we are to deliberatly choose to call upon Jesus instead of running away from Him. Jesus our Lord conquered the works of the devil and He is only able to lead us out from the valley. The devil seeks to devour us in trouble to take away our faith in the word of God which brings about the manifestation. We are to resist the devil by speaking the word in faith. Let us be watchful by staying strong in the Lord knowing that we have victory all the time.

Being Thankful Everyday...

Day after day, we all go through life experiences which determines how we see things in life. Whatever we focus on life that is what we attract in life. If our focus is on giving thanks in the midst of painful life circumstances, we experience joy emotionally and spiritually. Remember being thankful is expressed attitude of thanksgiving. Thanksgiving is basically our hearts response to the goodness, favors and benefits of God to us. We are to be thankful to God for sending His Son Jesus to die for our sins and through Him we enjoy divine blessings. Mac Hammond, a leading preacher states “when you proactively take steps to focus on the good things in your life and give God glory for what He’s done, your attention will naturally swing away from worldly concerns. On the other hand, since your flesh is created to negotiate this world, if left unchecked, it will maintain a negative focus, and ultimately cause you to become an unthankful person.” Every burdens in life, we give to God along with giving thanks that there is deliverance out of this burden. We can develop a habit of thanksgiving by looking daily for reasons to be grateful from simple everyday conveniences to bigger blessings. Today, what are you grateful for?

We Are To Respect God

A son honors his father, And a servant his master. If then I am the Father, Where is My honor? And if I am a Master, Where is My reverence? Says the Lord of hosts. (Malachi 1:6)

The prophet Malachi deals with nation of Israel perplexed in sin whose faith in God seemed to be in danger of collapse. Those people were chosen by God out of all other nations, still they left their love for God. Their worship was also not heartfelt which God was not pleased. The moment we trusted Jesus who became divine sacrifice. We became chosen people of God, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession bought with the precious blood of Christ offering up our life as living sacrifice. We worship Him with awe because He brought us out of darkness into marvellous light. We can live such a life of devotion as we daily fellowship with Him through prayer and bible meditation relying not our strength.

Our Hope Is In Jesus!

In the Old Testament, covenant was made between God and man where Moses was the mediator. They made animal sacrifices to be made right with God but it never made them perfect. But in the New Testament, covenant was made between God the Father and His Son Jesus Christ. We enter into this covenant not by any of our good works but by trusting in the finished work of Jesus. He bore all our sin and its consequences such as curse, sickness and sorrow on the cross triumphing over it. As He was raised from the dead and ever lives to intercede for us. In the moments of difficulty, we in Christ remain hopeful by thinking and speaking hope. Our hope is in Jesus having confident expectation of good not like the hope in the world which may or may not happen. Hope is springboard of our faith to take off from and actually hold the promises of God. May you experience the promises of God in your life.

Believe Or Not?

Then I took the little book out of the angel’s hand and ate it, and it was as sweet as honey in my mouth. But when I had eaten it, my stomach became bitter. (Revelation 10:10)

When we read or listen to the word of God, we start to discover truth about God. We have choice to either believe the word of God or believe the lies of the enemy. The moment we start to believe the lies of the enemy will always brings us discomfort to us. Often times such discomfort is like sour taste to us because we find there is no way of deliverance. But if we can receive the truth of God by faith, it will taste like honey bringing comfort to us. As we daily refuse to listen to the words of our own hearts or circumstances and decide to rejoice in the comfort of God knowing there is deliverance in Christ.

Jesus Heals Our Broken Hearts

Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you. (1 Peter 5:6-7)

Our days of life in this earth consists of both happy and sad moments. But when we decide to follow Jesus, we have another companion in this earth to help walk this life. We are to believe that every good present and every perfect gift comes from God whereas all evil comes from the devil. Once this truth is settled in our heart, this helps us to hold on God. The devil comes against us through circumstances or people not giving us things we rightly deserve such as rejecting appeal for our promotion at workplace. This creates deep wounds within us, makes us to cry within. Jesus who sees our sorrow is hurt also. We can overcome this hurt as we allow Him to take this sorrow completely away from us. We are to cast our care onto Him for He cares for us. He has a way of escape prepared out of this sorrow which will be revealed in His time. Let us keep trusting Him!

Hold Fast Till The Very End!

I am coming soon. Hold fast to what you have, so that no one will take your crown. (Revelation 3:11)

The vision received by John on the island of Patmos about heaven’s throne room where God the Father, Jesus His Son, Holy Spirit, the angels and redeemed believers who was raptured from the earth gathered together. These redeemed believers were clothed in white robes and crowns of gold. The white robes represent the righteousness freely given to them by trusting in the crucifixion, burial, resurrection, ascension of Jesus and not based on their works. Whereas, the crowns of gold are given to them based on their works they did on the earth. The moment we placed our trust in Jesus we received eternal life thereby living with Him forever. We are to possess certain crowns which qualifies us to reign and rule with Him in the eternities. We who believed Jesus as our Lord and Savior, are set on a course to run a race till we reach the other side of eternity where we live with Him forever. If our conduct, thoughts or words set on the course of the world, we may not able to acquire crown God kept for us in Christ. Both sins and things we are deeply attached to are the weights which can hinder our progress to run the race well. We are to run according to the will of God to acquire the crown. We look to Jesus who is perfect example who obeyed God till the point of death who is reigning with Him forever. In our sad moments, we are to praise Him day and night for blessings and healing. He has stored up for us. Even when we are weary, we are to keep running the race letting heaven invade our daily life till we finish our course on earth thereby rewarded with crowns of gold.

When Unloved By Soul Mate

She’s been made to believe that if she tries harder, or sticks in there longer, or loses more weight, or changes her behavior in some way, this man will begin to love her, or love her more, or love her once again. Many women who would rather be with a man who doesn’t love them — or who treats them badly, or who just tolerates them — than to be alone.

When women find their worth in God’s eyes, they will understand that they are loved with an everlasting love (Jeremiah 31:3), and that they are unforgettable to God (Isaiah 49:15), and that they are truly sought after (Isaiah 62:12). Jesus — God in the flesh — laid down His life for her on a Roman cross so that she would not have to die in her sins. It was the only thing that could be done so He could spend eternity with her. Knowing we have been rescued with that kind of unconditional, redeeming love, how could any man on this earth compete for our hearts?

So, my friend… No, it isn’t worth it to love and long for a man who really isn’t sure how he feels about you. If he loves someone else, but you are the one who is available and she is not, you need to make yourself unavailable to him…and available to whomever God might bring into your life once you raise your standards and say “I want my Heavenly Father’s very best…and I will hold out for nothing less.” Keep your eyes open for a man who will love you as God already loves you and suddenly the bar will be much higher — and your chances of being hurt or betrayed will be much lower.

New Identity In Christ

But you, beloved, remember the words which were spoken before by the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ: how they told you that there would be mockers in the last time who would walk according to their own ungodly lusts. These are sensual persons, who cause divisions, not having the Spirit. But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit, keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life. (Jude 1:17-21)

Before we were saved, we were ungodly, denying God, following the ways of the world, caused divisions among people, gratifying our fleshly desires, despise authorities and had no desire for spiritual life. The moment we received Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior trusting His crucifixion, His death, His burial, His resurrection and His ascension to the heavenly place our old identity has been changed into new identity. Now, we are chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, special people who are made righteous and holy in Christ by simple faith. We come boldly before the throne of God through Jesus knowing our prayer will bring forth results. As we remain closer to God by praying and reading the word of God enabling us to bear fruits of righteousness and holiness in our day to day life.

In The Name Of Jesus

And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross. Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. (Philippians 2:8-11)

Jesus who is God came down to earth in the form of man was born of virgin Mary conceived by the Holy Spirit. Christ came to fulfill the mission of God, the Father. Jesus came to redeem the entire mankind fallen in sin through the blood He shed on the cross of Calvary. His obedience till the point of death, obtained a Him name above all other names. When we receive Jesus as our Lord and Savior, we reinstated back into fellowship with God having boldness to approach the throne of grace anytime. There is tremendous power released when we call upon the name of the Jesus in faith as He protects us from every evil. We cast out demons in the name of Jesus because His name is above the name of any sickness or situation. We pray and receive the blessings prepared for us before the foundation of the world in the name of Jesus.

God Is For Us

What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? (Romans 8.31)

Sometimes, people come against us for varied reasons and we start to doubt whether we can stand strong in faith knowing God will deliver us. There is a beautiful verse which states that whoever touches us, touches the apple of His eye. This means God protect and keeps us away from the plots or deliver us from the plot. People may surround us from all sides but God is wall of fire around us. We know we are in Christ and we are to lift our praise believing if God is for us then no one can stand against us. Let us confess today that no weapon formed against me shall prosper.

Living In The Calm Delight Of God!

Truly my soul silently waits for God; From Him comes my salvation. (Psalm 62:1)

In our hopeless circumstances, we make a choice whether to praise God or complain. When we choose to praise God for His goodness, we begin to experience a calm delight. This delight covers us from the attacks of the enemy who brings doubts and fears.Whenever we find ourselves weak, we are to strengthen ourselves in prayer. Through prayer, we receive the strength to trust in the promises and find this calm delight in God once again. I pray that the calm delight of God fill all our days.

Will Of God For Me Is To Prosper In Every Area

Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers. (3 John 1:2)

John the apostle writes to his spiritual son Gauis, the will of God for him is to be physically strong as he is getting spiritually strong. Jesus who came in flesh took upon Himself our sins and punishment for those sins. The wounds in the body of Jesus brought us healing in every aspect of our life - physically, emotionally, spiritually and socially. When we fill our hearts with this truth, we begin to believe and confess till we see the manifestation of truth in our lives. Even circumstances are against us and people may come against us through false teachings, we are to continually hold to truth persistently thereby receive reward from God.

Our Faith In Jesus Helps Us Overcome The World

For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith. Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God? (1 John 5:4-5)

True Christianity is to know Jesus as true God who came in flesh to die for our sins, bearing the punishment for our sins and carrying all our griefs. We are born of God when we trust in His divine sacrifice. This enables us to receive blessing, healing, joy, peace and righteousness freely. Christ in us working through us, we are able to practice righteous works. Our faith in Jesus helps us overcome the world victoriously whether it be sickness, sin or sorrow as we follow God wholeheartedly not following the expectations of the world.

True Christianity is to know Jesus as true God who came in flesh to die for our sins, bearing the punishment for our sins and carrying all our griefs. We are born of God when we trust in His divine sacrifice. This enables us to receive blessing, healing, joy, peace and righteousness freely. Our Sorrow Turned Into Joy

Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you. (1 Peter 5:6)

We live in world where we have lot of worries and concerns. We as believers of Jesus are to cast our care upon our God in all circumstances. We have God who can handle all issues of life in His ordained time. Even though we may not see results of our prayer and trust immediately but one fine day all the goodness of God will be revealed in our life. During the time where we don’t see our sorrow turned to joy, we can live in faith that Jesus took upon the cross all my sorrows to give us life worth living. I pray that God will shower grace upon all our life.

Fellowship With Christ Keeps Us Away From Sin

We proclaim to you what we ourselves have actually seen and heard so that you may have fellowship with us. And our fellowship is with the Father and with his Son, Jesus Christ. We are writing these things so that you may fully share our joy. (1 John 1:3-4)

Jesus who is the word of life lives in us helping us to have fellowship with God. We can find the real joy in our fellowship with God. But if we fail to walk in the ways of God this means we are not keep priority for this fellowship. On the other hand, we are to choose to walk in obedience and ready all the time to make changes whenever we go wrong. Because fellowship with Christ gives us strength to come out of all our weakness. We are not to carry guilt around because the blood of Jesus cleanses us from all our unrighteousness. Known sin keeps us away from fellowship with God but fellowship with Christ keeps us away from sin.

We Are Victorious Over Our Spiritual Battles

Our spiritual battle is not with flesh and blood instead with demonic beings. There are six armour mentioned by Paul. One of them is the belt of truth which is knowing the basic christian doctrines. Then is the breastplate of righteousness, we are to defend ourselves with righteousness we received freely by our trust in the finished work of Jesus on the cross, whenever the devil makes us think we are punished by God bringing in guilt and condemnation. We are to use shield of faith against the devil who brings doubts and fears. We are to stand on the foundation of Gospel of Peace whenever we are distributed by the bad situations knowing that we are victorious in Christ. We are to use sword of Spirit which means we speak the specific word of God in faith pertaining to the hard circumstances. Finally, we are to pray constantly which is our habitual response to every situation we face. Let us put on full armour at all times for the devil seeks to devour those are forgetful of their identity in Christ.

God Kindness Leads Us To Repentance

Or do you despise the riches of His goodness, forbearance, and longsuffering, not knowing that the goodness of God leads you to repentance? (Romans 2:4)
Zephaniah prophecies to the nation of Israel to obey the Lord. But they were not willing to trust God and draw near to Him. They received many correction but they continued in disobedience. The wonderful kind, tolerant, and patient God shows us goodness. Let us not reject forgetting and living our way instead chose to live for God. I pray the grace of God will strengthen us to come out of all disobedience.

God Who Restores

For the Lord will restore the excellence of Jacob, Like the excellence of Israel, For the emptiers have emptied them out And ruined their vine branches (Nahum 2:2). Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you (Luke 10:19).

When we face trial after trail in our lives making us wonder whether God will bring us out of all our trials. Even our inner voices within us screams whether the word of God is true or not. All such thoughts which does not align with the word of God is from the devil who is the source of all lies. We may go through hardships causing to lose our possessions and time. But when we trust in the God and His promises we can be assured of restoration of God in our life who brings us back to former condition where we have not lost anything. Let us confess “I trust in Jesus who defeated the devil and his powers entirely at the cross.”

Joy Overflows In Jesus

Yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will joy in the God of my salvation. (Habakkuk 3:18)
In the Old Testatment, there was a prophet named Habakkuk who was sent by God to prophecy to the nation on Israel. He was disheartened to the sad plight of Israelites who were who not willing to turn back to God. He stands as mediator to God on the behalf of Israel praying for miraculous wonders done in the past should be once again revealed in the lives of people. He choose to willing wait in joy by receiving strength from the Lord. In our days of difficulty, we are not to leave God who alone can help us. As we chose to hold on to God by trusting in the the work of Jesus through His cucifixion and His resurrection enabled us to receiving blessing upon blessing.

Flourishing In Christ

For if these things are yours and abound, you will be neither barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. (2 Peter 1:8)
We who are saved ought to grow in the knowledge of Jesus Christ which helps us to walk this christian life. We can never walk with our strength only with the power of Christ flowing through us. We work out the nature of Jesus in us continually through constant hearing and doing the word of God. We are to hold the promises of God in faith because these are prophetic statements made by people of God who were moved by the Holy Spirit. We can overcome all the attacks of the devil who is pictured as roaring lion who seeking to devour us by holding on to Christ who alone can deliver us. I pray that the truth of Jesus overflow in us overcoming all obstacles.

Flee From Wrong Desires!

You therefore must endure hardship as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. No one engaged in warfare entangles himself with the affairs of this life, that he may please him who enlisted him as a soldier. (2 Timothy 2:3-4)
Good solider of Jesus endures hardship refusing the things of the world to distract us. Even an athlete have to undergo training and the obey the rules stated to win the race. A farmer has to labor the view of harvest and can’t be lazy. In the same way, we as Christians  look forward to the prize of upward calling. We continue to develop the nature of Jesus within us with help of Him knowing that our labor in God is not in vain. We will surely reap our reward in heaven. Amen!

No Place For Worry Because Of Jesus

Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you. (1 Peter 5:6-7)
The Bible contains truth which safeguards us from our own opinion and defeating thoughts of the enemy. When we chose to stop worrying and focusing on the Word of God brings us joy. As we dwell on the scriptures, we begin to learn the character of Jesus and we can apply it in our day to day life. Whenever we are hurt by others, we start to worry with sinful thoughts.  Here, we choose to prayerfully think about the love of God. Jesus helps us change our thoughts and producing right action which enables us to love others.

True Contentment

We are to relish what we have rather than resent what is missing. We usually compare the best of people with worst of ourselves instead of looking to God. We can experience the true contentment in our life only when we trust in the sufficiency of God in meeting our needs at the right time. When we are assured in the truth of Jesus that He will never leave us in our circumstances working everything for our good, it helps us to center our life in Christ which will not cause us to give up on Him. Let us pray for the continued commitment to place Jesus above all.

Presence Of God Fill Our Lives Through Scripture Meditation

We spend our time in the feet of Jesus whenever we read the word of God. We can continue in the truth by meditating on the scripture which is done by thinking it over and muttering with our mouth whereby it is rooted in our hearts.  As our mind is exercised day and night in the word of God this helps us to remain stable in difficulties situations. Whenever we feel tempted to sin, this word in our hearts strengthens to overcome temptation. Mediating the verses again and again becomes like prayer unto God which helps us remember Him at all times. Let the presence of God fill our lives through meditation.

Jesus Is All We Have!

For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin. (Hebrews 4:15)

Jesus became High Priest through His finished work on the cross for us. When we receive Him by faith, He is our High Priest. The function of High Priest is representing people in matters related to God. Jesus who was God came down to earth as man for us and experienced suffering enduring temptations yet without sin. He is now able to understand our weakness thereby helping us come out strong. Let us be comforted daily with the truth Jesus intercedes for us daily.

God Is In Perfect Control Of Our Life

Jesus loved us and gave Himself for us as a holy offering to God for us through His incarnation, crucifixion and resurrection. When we receive Jesus as our Lord, He lives in us cherishing and nourishing as we walk out this Christian life daily. As challenges increase in our life makes us forget all about Jesus and His sacrifice for us. During those days, let us press on with strength of Christ to praise Him continually knowing His perfect solution comes to pass in our life at the right time. Let us praise Him because He is in perfect control of our life.

What Does Faith In God Mean?

Faith is the substance of reality of things hoped for based on the word of God. God created the world by the word of God. We can draw near to God through faith in Him. He promises to reward those who act in faith.

Prayer: Jesus I come to You by faith knowing that You will bring to pass the promises even when circumstances are hard. Help me never measure You by my thinking because with You all things are possible. I belong to those who have faith and are saved. Amen!

Hearing And Obeying The Voice Of God

In the Old Testament, God spoke to the nation of Israel to return His love. God who manifested His love through His providence but they showed no interest to Him. As we get busy in our affairs of love forgetting the love of God, we can still hear voice from God in our hearts or even through the scriptures saying to return back. When we give heed to that still small soft voice within us, we are filled with love, joy and peace all over again. I pray we will be filled with the love of God everyday of our life.

Speaking The Name Of Jesus

We can stand firm by fixing our eyes on Jesus in dealing with every situation that troubles us. We need to speak the name of Jesus whenever we are anxious which brings peace and deliverance. We can find strength in our weakness by speaking the name of Jesus. Whenever there is strife and conflicts, we must whisper the name of Jesus which protects our heart and mind from external corrupting influences enabling us to keep our attention on the word of God. God supplies all our needs without any lack when we use the name of Jesus in our everyday life. I pray that we realize the power in the name of Jesus.

Our Hearts Turn Towards God!

For we also have had the good news proclaimed to us, just as they did; but the message they heard was of no value to them, because they did not share the faith of those who obeyed. (Hebrews 4:2)

Our hearts turn away from God when we stubbornly refuse to believe Him. Israelites lost their appetite for the word of God because they hardened their hearts to believe. This prevented God’s best in their life. Let us renew our belief in the word of God and obey Him while we forget not what He has done for us in the past.

We Are Brought Bear By The Blood Of Christ!

But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ. For through Him we both have access by one Spirit to the Father. (Ephesians 2:13, 18)

God the Father, Jesus Christ and Holy Spirit is one triune God. Father God initiated the redemption plan as Jesus fulfilled that plan along with the help of the Holy Spirit to carry out the redemption plan of Father God. When we receive Jesus as our Lord and Savior, we are reconciled with Father God and the Holy Spirit comes to live in us then we become the temple of God. Jesus is our Head and we are body of Christ having the Spirit of God to lead a blessed and holy life. Hence, we are no longer strangers but members of household of God not by our good works but through Jesus Christ.

We Are Free In Christ!

We read about incident in the bible about a woman who was set free from oppression by Jesus. Through the finished work of Jesus, we are loosened from the ways of the world and yoked to godly way of living. Today He continues to sets us free as we abide in the word of God coming to know the truth enabling us to be free from ungodly way of living. Whenever we don’t apply the word of God in our day to day life, we become entangled again into ungodly things. Let us continue to live with the help of Christ.
