God said, “Let us make mankind in our image, in our
likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the
sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals, and over all the creatures
that move along the ground.” So God created mankind in his own image, in the
image of God he created them; male and female he created them (Genesis 1:26,27).
So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He
created him; male and female He created them. Then God blessed them, and God
said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have
dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every
living thing that moves on the earth” (Genesis 1:27,28).
Let Us is The Holy Trinity God, Jesus Christ and Holy Spirit was involved in the creation of Man. God gave man authority and dominion to rule the earth.
So the Lord God caused the man to fall into a deep sleep;
and while he was sleeping, he took one of the man’s ribs and then closed up the
place with flesh. Then the Lord God made a woman from the rib he had taken out
of the man, and he brought her to the man (Genesis 2:21,22). That is why a man leaves his father and mother and is united to
his wife, and they become one flesh (Genesis 2:24).
Adam named his wife Eve because she would become the mother
of all the living (Genesis 3:20).
Now, we can see out of man, God made a woman.
And the Lord God commanded the man, “You are free to eat from
any tree in the garden; but you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of
good and evil, for when you eat from it you will certainly die" (Genesis 2:16,17). Now the serpent was
more crafty than any of the wild animals the Lord God had made. He said to the
woman, “Did God really say, ‘You must not eat from any tree in the garden’?” When
the woman saw that the fruit of the tree was good for food and pleasing to the
eye, and also desirable for gaining wisdom, she took some and ate it. She also
gave some to her husband, who was with her, and he ate it. And Adam said, “Who
told you that you were naked? Have you eaten from the tree that I commanded you
not to eat from?” 12 The man said, “The woman you put here with me—she gave me
some fruit from the tree, and I ate it.” Then the Lord God said to the woman,
“What is this you have done?” The woman said, “The serpent deceived me, and I
ate.” (Genesis 3:1,6,11-13)
In this story of Satan's dealings with man, we see his
methods. First, we find the serpent spoke to Eve with a question
suggesting that God was denying them that which was good (casting doubt on His
goodness). Secondly, he told her a lie: And thirdly, he appealed to the Flesh
(self-will). He was able to get Eve to listen to him; secondly, he encouraged her
to walk in self-will (which she did), and thus he established a worldly way of
living and got them to follow it. The result was disobedience and sin. Satan (serpent) worked through woman. Eve (woman) was deceived and Adam (man) sinned. Man was the key figure in the fall. Adam was God's man. God was involved. He could not lose man. God could not violate the law. Adam was given authority and dominion to rule the earth when he sinned he handed it over to Satan. God could not destroy Satan because to destroy Satan, means to destroy man. Everything under Satan, dies. So, God had a Plan of Reedemption.
Naomi her mother-in-law said to Ruth, My daughter, shall I not seek rest or a home for you, that you may prosper? And now is not Boaz, with whose maidens you were, our relative? See, he is winnowing barley tonight at the threshing floor. Wash and anoint yourself therefore, and put on your best clothes and go down to the threshing floor, but do not make yourself known to the man until he has finished eating and drinking. But when he lies down, notice the place where he lies; then go and uncover his feet and lie down. And he will tell you what to do. And Ruth said to her, All that you say to me I will do (Ruth 3:1-5).
Look at the advice Naomi gave her daughter-in-law.Get yourself dolled up—take a bath, put on some perfume, get out your best dress. Go see Boaz in a quiet place, when the harvest is complete. Go to Boaz.See yourself as Boaz sees you. You have a Boaz.Your Boaz, Jesus, sees you with loving eyes. Naomi was telling Ruth to act in accordance with Israelite custom and law. It was common for a servant to lie at the feet of his master and even share a part of his covering. By obeserving this custom, Ruth would inform Boaz, he could find someone to marry her or marry her himself. Here we see Naomi guiding Ruth to Boaz .
