1. Praise changes what the circumstances looks like, may not
the circumstances. Praise is the source of stability in everyday stresses of
life. We see things from God's perspective. Praise is important discipline in
our life.
2. Praise is intended to be lifestyle. Praise is powerful against enemy. Praise is verbal or visible adoration. Praise is emphasizing on who He is.
3. God revealed in His Word about everything He has done. God gives us the reason to say, "Praise the Lord, for He is good." In Acts 3, when man was healed. When he saw the power of God revealed
in his behalf. He responded. Praise became spontaneous out of the response of the greatness of God. Praise does not come naturally. Praise is something we have to learn by practice.
4. We all worship something or someone all the time. True worship is coming to see the incredible value and worth of Christ surpassing anything else that have meaning to us. We worship God because You are holy, righteous, pure, faithful, loving, unchanging and conforming us to the image of Christ. We worship for the redemption through the blood of Jesus which gave us forgiveness, healing, blessing and provision. All praise, thanksgiving and worship takes us to the presence of God.
5. Praise transfers our focus from yourself and your circumstances and lifts those eyes up and focus on God. Praising Lord and exercise your faith doesn't mean that you don't feel afraid. Praise precedes and prepares us for deliverance.
